THANK YOU!
Thank you for your generosity in response to the recent letter regarding church finances and the church’s financial needs. Several people made wonderful one time donations, and others increased their monthly giving. All are greatly appreciated!
MCC NoVA is very grateful for your generosity as we enter the
last quarter of 2022!
In Person Worship
We look forward to worshipping with you!
Enhanced airflow and filtration are provided.
There is physical distancing. Masks are required.
We also request that folks be fully vaccinated and boosted.
While all reasonable safeguards are taken, there will always be some measure of risk,
and each person needs to make their own determination as to what is most comfortable for them.
MCC NoVA 2023 Stewardship Campaign
MCC of Northern Virginia began its Pledge Campaign Sunday, October 16.
MCC NoVA’s Mission is to continue outreach and ministry to marginalized communities,
to be a church for all people, and an LGBTIQQA+
Spiritual and Community Center in the Heart of Fairfax City.
You are asked to prayerfully consider making a Pledge toward your Church’s mission for 2023.
Your Pledge is just that:
a hopeful estimate of what you believe you may be able to contribute next year.
It’s a forecast, and like any forecast, you can change it at any point
based on time and circumstance.
Your participation in this process is essential and will enable your Church to plan accordingly
in preparing a budget for next year.
2023 Pledge Form
You may print out the form, and mail it in, or send it in an e/mail.
If you believe in the existence of affirming churches and denominations, and that they serve as an essential counterpoint
to less affirming voices, then supporting their existence is necessary for their future.
This Church is YOUR church!
This is a link for receiving on-line giving.
You may also mail a check directly to the church office:

We are grateful for your continued generosity as we move forward into the future- a future with deep needs, and boundless possibilities for our community!
Blessings and Thank You!
Sometimes Church looks like this (updated 10/16)
Sometimes, Community Looks Like THIS
On Sunday, October 2, Fairfax County Public School Pride needed a place to hold their gathering since rain knocked them out of the park. So the Metropolitan Community Church of Northern Virginia said… “Come on over community! That’s why we’re here!” The organizer was expecting 25. At least 80 people showed up ~ including Dr. Michelle Reid, FCPS Superintendent. It was a good day, and people needed people ~ especially given all that is happening with LGBTIQA+ staff and students in Virginia schools.
This is a part of our mission!
