44 Years of Ministry in Northern Virginia!
EASTER POTLUCK!
Easter is a time of celebration, blooming flowers, and a freshness of life. We want to extend this time to celebrate with the MCC NoVA family by having a potluck after worship on April 20th.
YOU will be providing our Social Hospitality! And Dale Bradshaw will be coordinating the pot luck
(to make sure we have a variety of food, otherwise we might have all deserts) 🙂 🎂
Think About Your Best Dish!
Looking forward to making this a beautiful celebration!
Honor a Beloved One with an Easter Lily
Easter lilies will be displayed in the Sanctuary on Easter Sunday (April 20), after which they may be taken home or donated.
If you haven’t been to MCC NoVA in a while,
this Sunday is a great Sunday to attend In Person!!
We look forward to worshipping with you!
Masks are optional and there is room for physical distancing.

Many things led us to this place. When COVID lockdown occurred in 2020 without ever having done anything like this before, Heather had us live-streaming the very next Sunday. Back then our choir was a choir of One, Heather, singing a cappella. As our choir grew, with Kurt as our Music Minister, and then adding Ken Williamson as Assistant Music Minister, soon the room behind the pulpit became too small. So one day Kurt and Heather came in and resurrected the choir loft risers. Then we needed a way to see the choir. Our AV Tech, Heather, worked on the most economical means to use MultiCamera Switching that would allow live-stream switching between two cameras, and would be compatible with FaceBook, our previous platform, as well as with Youtube, our current platform!
Big thanks to Heather, Kurt, Vickie, Vanessa!
We ask your patience as we learn the new equipment and welcome your emails about Livestream Feedback (Your donations to cover the expense of the new equipment is also most welcome)

Homeless Ministry Service – First Sunday of Every Month
WINTER BLANKETS, COATS, GLOVES, SOCKS DRIVE!
We need your warmth to help provide warmth to this underserved community!
We will be collecting gloves, blankets, socks and coats of any type that we may be able to distribute at our next day of ministry.
Please bring items to the church and we will store until that time.
Just an FYI-we serve between 104-125 meals each time we do this service. Lets give warmth generously!
Join us at our monthly feeding of the homeless on Sunday, May 4th, 2025.
Our first meet up location is at 7:45am at the Home Depot on Blenheim Blvd (near Fairfax Circle). Our second stop is just down the street at Christ and St Luke’s church. Both are in Fairfax. We can always use extra hands! Contact Dale Bradshaw
While MCC NoVA has always contributed financially to FACETS, a nonprofit that aims to help meet the needs of those who suffer the effects of poverty and homelessness in Fairfax, we also actively contribute by physically assisting with the feeding of the homeless in Fairfax City, as well as helping to provide for their other needs, thanks to Team Leaders: Dale & Lee … and perhaps you? Volunteers welcome!
HOMELESS MINISTRY NEEDS:
Bottled Water, Applesauce Cups, Soft Granola bars, Small juice cartons, Feminine Toiletries, Toilet paper, Tooth brushes, Tooth paste, Socks, Wash Cloths, etc.
Please bring these items to the church by the end of this month so they can be distributed the 1st Sunday of next month.
If you would like to volunteer to help support this monthly work, please contact Dale Bradshaw with Homeless Ministry in the Subject Line.
