CHURCH WORK – What Does It Look Like?
Church work looks like many different things. It can look like liturgy, it can look like Bible Study, it can look like reaching out to connect with others.
Or… it can look like this. (updated!)
LOOKING FORWARD and Getting Together –
NEXT STEPS – JULY
Thanks for all your responses thus far! Please keep them coming!
As more people are vaccinated and COVID positivity rates continue to drop in our area,
CDC and State restrictions have eased, and MCC of Northern Virginia has been planning our next steps forward as a community.
Attendance in the facility during worship will require an advance “check in”
to let us know you are coming. Why? Our Seating is limited.
There will be physical distancing. Masks will be required. We are also requesting folks be fully vaccinated (if that is an issue, please let me know). Until we have some better data, there will be no congregational singing. Finally, we are providing enhanced airflow and filtration (the motion of air reduces the risk of COVID-19 transmission).
While all reasonable safeguards will be taken, there will always be some measure of risk, and each person will need to make their own determination as to what is best for them.

Let us hear from you!
Send an email to RevEmmaChattin@gmail.com with “I’ll Be There” in the subject line if you plan to attend as soon as the option is available. “Not Yet” if you are getting closer, but not quite there yet.
A big thank you to all who have responded thus far!
