Church in the time of COVID-19 (updated)

Governor Northam extended the ban on physical gatherings of more than 10 people through at least May 8. We will be monitoring the developments closely, and when it appears we are able, we will initiate a measured phase-in of physical gatherings in accordance with the best information available, and with all of the recommended safety protocols in place. At the same time, we will continue providing on-line worship moving forward. If you have any questions, comments, or suggestions for moving forward through this time, please e/mail: RevEmmaChattin@gmail.com (Updated April 25, 2020)

We do a new thing – we stream the 11Am Sunday Service to you, using Facebook-Live. We post the Readings, and Order of Worship as PDF for each Sunday, and include lyrics of songs so you can sing along. We ask that you sit in a comfortable chair and have a candle, and communion elements (beverage and bread or a cracker, etc) handy to join the service. Once the service has concluded, we will archive the video, and later link it from the Sermon page, as we have been doing with the audio of the Sermon.

If you have any special needs or prayer requests, please send them to RevEmmaChattin@gmail.com with REQUEST in the subject to let her know.

Please remember your church community during this time, and know that we have the means and links for receiving on-line giving. You may also mail a check directly to the church office:

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
