The Board of Directors...MCC Nova’s Board of Directors comprises six people – the Pastor and five members of the church. Board elections are held during the congregational meeting in December and, once installed, each Board member serves a two-year term.

The Board of Directors is charged with overseeing the “business” of the church – from day-to-day decision making to fiscal management to personnel to creation of and adherence to policies and procedures. In addition, the Board of Directors plans for and guides the future direction of the church – how to grow our congregation, what avenues of outreach to engage in, where to best place our resources and energy.
In all its dealings, MCC Nova’s Board of Directors tries to discern where the spirit is leading us as a church and a people and we actively engage our vision of “stretching, connecting, celebrating – people on a spiritual journey.”
